Service Description
*Booking is for your first hour, we will book your follow up times on our first call. If you’re actively job searching but not progressing, this intensive is designed for you. Many talented candidates hit one of three walls: You’re applying but not getting interviews. You’re getting interviews but not advancing. You’re making it to final rounds but not landing offers. When that happens, most people try to overhaul everything at once. That usually leads to more frustration. Instead, we diagnose the exact stage where your process is breaking down, and we fix that first. Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form so we can pinpoint where you’re stuck and why. Then we use your five hours intentionally. Targeted strategy applied to your specific situation. Depending on your needs, we may refine: Your positioning and professional narrative Your resume and LinkedIn strategy Your application approach Your interview messaging and delivery Your final-round strategy and offer positioning You’ll walk away with clear direction, stronger materials, and a focused action plan. Investment $85/hour for 5 hours ($425 total). This is offered at a significantly reduced rate from our standard coaching engagements to create an accessible entry point while you’re actively navigating your search. If you decide you’d like deeper, ongoing support, we can design a customized coaching plan at our standard rate. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Preparation Policy We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice. The more advance notice you can give us, the better — it allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to another client. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the session being counted toward your coaching hours. Intake Requirement All clients are required to complete the intake questionnaire prior to their first session. This information allows us to thoughtfully prepare, review your materials, and use your coaching time strategically. If your intake is not submitted in advance: We may need to use part of your scheduled coaching time to gather the necessary information, or We may reschedule your session to a later date once the required information is received. Our goal is to ensure your time is spent on strategy and forward progress — not administrative catch-up. We deeply value your time and ours, and this structure helps us deliver the highest-impact support possible.
